FENDI NOW OFFERS CUSTOMERS THE CHANCE TO CREATE THEIR OWN POLICROMIA
WATCH by selecting from a variety of genuine stone inserts, baguette or brilliant-cut
precious stones or mother-of-pearl colors. More than 100,000 combinations are possible,
says Fendi, as customers create their own version of the new quartz-powered timepiece
designed for women. Choices include two steel case sizes (33mm and 38mm) with four
levels of options for case inserts and dials. Gold, genuine stones, diamonds and precious
stones, mother-of-pearl dials, and genuine Fendi leathers in a variety of colors are all
available. Prices begin at $3,000 and many designs can be ordered or pre-ordered from
the Fendi website.
JULIEN TORNARE NEW CEO OF ZENITH

Jean-Claude Biver In this new role, Tornare is charged with renewing Zenith by developing its
markets, activating its marketing initiatives and developing new watches.
“Julien’s strong international and commercial experience in watches will be crucial to the
development of Zenith, which is enjoying renewed success since Baselworld and the launch
of Defy El Primero 21,” adds Biver.
Tornare is an Economics graduate from the University of Geneva. In 2000, he joined
Vacheron Constantin, initially as head of the Swiss market and later as President of the North
American market. He then directed Vacheron Constantin international sales from 2009 to
2011, and subsequently helped develop the Asia-Pacific region as Managing Director until April 2017.
