PATEK PHILIPPE
WORLD TIME,
REF.7130
THIS 36MM MODEL, now in white gold, displays the 24 time zones with hand-guillochage in the grey-
blue center of the dial. The subtle shade (with diamonds) complements the city disc and the light blue
alligator strap. As a reminder, the local time is shown by central hands while the corresponding city
name appears above the small red arrow at 12 o’clock to indicate the time and day or night. The
remaining 23 time zones can be seen on the 24-hour disc that rotates counter-clockwise inside the city
disc. Pressing the pusher at 10 o’clock changes the time zone, which then changes the name to the
new city (at 12 o’clock).

curves, but now the entire contour of the S is polished while the upper surface of
each link is fully brushed. A two-tone model is also available. Dial options include
navy blue sunray finish or pink mother-of-pearl. Price: Starting at $1,600.
ULYSSE NARDIN
CLASSICO LADY
GRAND FEU ENAMEL
EACH MODEL FEATURES AN automatic movement and a white gold case set with 76
diamonds and alligator strap. But the real focus here is the Grand Feu enamel dial,
made by hand at the Ulysse Nardin-owned dial maker Donze Cadrans, where
craftsmen continue a centuries-old tradition of fusing enamel powder in a kiln
heated between approximately 760 and 900 degrees Celsius. The term “Grand Feu,”
which means “great fire” in French, comes from the need for high temperature to
create such richly colorful dials. Hues available include blue, lavender, seafoam, or
pewter gray. Now in stores, the watches are priced at $24,900.
