Interview IML:- Are there any people or personal experiences that influence what you create?? 4 GG:- God always influences my music, of course. Many other influences in my music come from such artists as Art Porter, Jr., Fela, Miles Davis, Freddie Hubbard and Earth Wind and Fire, just to name a few. IML:- Tell us about your career. Where and when it started?? GG:- I have played music for as long as I can remember. My first interest in music came as I watch the marching band practice near my home. In fact, my first love was the drums. I used to get 5 gallon buckets and beat on them along with the band drums. Following that there was a great trumpet player, Fred Fuller who turned my interest to the trumpet. And the rest is history. IML:- Let us know how ItzMyLife has or in the future could help you grow & develop your career?? GG:- ItzMyLife is a new and upcoming social media power house. I believe through ItsMyLife I will be able to meet more people, introduce them to my music as well as interact with other artists. IML:- What does the future have in plans for you / your company?? GG:- In early 2014 I will be releasing my Sophomore CD, Color of Music as well as putting together a tour to promote the CD. I look forward to getting out there and meeting a lot of people on the upcoming tour.
