Fall 2016 found designers creating gowns with deep plunging necklines in the front and sexy low criss-cross details in the back . Off the shoulder and portrait necklines were popular as were gowns with sleeves . Designers were showing flutter sleeves , bishop sleeves , ¾ length sleeves and some were using texture and designs to finish
