The Power to Live an Affective Saved Life Without Trying to Appeal to Everyone
The other day I heard someone say “I’m
out of the Box.” And at first I almost
agreed, but what I realized was that everyone is out of the box. I say that because
every person has there own individuality.
Even as a Godly believer, God deals with
each individual according to their faith and
thinking, and that’s what makes each of us
different. Most of the time believers in the
21st century, feel that they have to try and
do something extreme in order to be
acknowledged for their uniqueness and
ability. Even the Church has changed from
what it was 30 years ago. An indication of
that is that we have thrown away spirituality for carnal thinking, hoping to gain more
creditability with people who don’t even
care nor want to live saved.
This generation of the 2000’s has spent so
much time trying justify why they do things
different than most traditional church people, that it sounds convincing until you find
out that they are trying to appeal to man
without the truth of God’s Word, which
leads to a misconception about Godly believers.
We have chosen looking for more
convenient ways to entice and
draw large crowds to churches instead of providing true and sound
spiritual information. We have replaced that with praise dancers,
and other fillers to make us feel
that we have grown and improved
how we do things. In actuality we
have provided substitutes for real
spirituality because most people
understand that living holy is something you can’t recreate it is original and can’t be duplicated.
People are not looking for the
Church to loosen it’s standards,
they just want us to be consistent,
willing to adapt to the situations
that come our way and use the
word of God as the antibiotic ointment to heal and change the lives
of people we encounter. Let’s find
ourselves living the word of God
instead of trying to find carnal situations that will not work for our
lives.
