Governance is accountable for providing value and effective internal control.
Effective internal control -> Corporate Value
The governing body of an organisation is accountable for all governance. It should control the network that
delivers value to its stakeholders.
If a governing body is not in full control of all parts of the organisation, if it is not governing them, then it d
