There are many challenges to traditional frameworks and
ways of working like ITIL – many of these (e.g. such as
DevOps, BRM, SIAM, IT4IT) promise great results and
should be embraced and considered as options.
However, there are no silver bullets and success is always
dependent on people and the way that they interact with
