Q4. Do you feel that home working has adversely affected your personal wellbeing?

The results are shown in the table. This question is new, so there are no 2020 responses for comparison.

When a one-dimensional view is taken, 43% of respondents state that home working has adversely affected their wellbeing versus 53% who say it hasn’t. For example, how this data stacks up against the general wellbeing data and a new question on where people prefer to work.

Q5. Do you think that your immediate manager is suitably skilled to identify and deal with employee wellbeing issues?

The results are shown in the table below, along with the 2020 responses.
