Empowering Members Through Stronger Partnerships
At itSMF Australia, we believe that meaningful relationships drive progress, not just within our organisation, but throughout the broader industry. That’s why, late last year, we launched the Relationship Management portfolio—an initiative designed to strengthen our connections with partners and vendors. This portfolio isn’t just about improving services; it’s about empowering our members to become active voices in shaping the future of the industry and the community.
By enhancing our partnerships, itSMF Australia can ensure that members are not just recipients of knowledge and resources, but contributors to critical industry conversations. Through these relationships, we provide opportunities for members to engage directly in industry initiatives, offer feedback on emerging trends, and help influence the development of key frameworks.
One of the early successes of this initiative was our invitation to participate in a PeopleCert focus group on the ITIL Service Value Stream and Digital Products. This group provided valuable insights into the future direction of ITIL, and itSMF Australia members had the unique opportunity to offer feedback that will directly shape its ongoing evolution. It’s a prime example of how being connected with the right partners gives our members a platform to influence the industry in a meaningful way.
Looking ahead, the Relationship Management portfolio will continue to create avenues for members to engage with industry leaders, participate in collaborative efforts, and be part of key discussions that influence the direction of our field. These partnerships are a two-way street; they benefit both our members and the wider industry by fostering open communication, knowledge-sharing, and collaborative innovation.
We encourage all members to ensure that their contact details are up-to-date with us. This simple action ensures that you remain informed about upcoming opportunities to engage, provide input, and make your voice heard on industry matters.
The strength of itSMF Australia lies in the collective expertise and passion of its members. Through strengthened partnerships and active participation, we can continue to amplify your voices and ensure that itSMF Australia remains a leading force in shaping the future of our community and industry.
