Over the years he has worked for Computer Associates and ServiceNow helping organisations take a pragmatic approach to the balance of process and platform customisation as well as the symbiotic relationship between Service and Operations Management. He is also a leader in organisational change management and building leaders.
He has presented and keynoted at conferences all over the world talking on topics from new technology, pragmatically rolling out Service Operations from a technology, process and OCM perspective.
