Attendees at this year’s National Conference, our 26th, will be treated to three outstanding presenters in Steph Tisdell, Lucas Patchett OAM, and Peter Doherty.
Steph Tisdell is no longer a ‘Rising Star’ – she is a Star. An Actor, Comedian, Writer, MC and Keynote Speaker who has jumped to national prominence and built up an impressive CV in what seems to be record time.
Of course, life is not like that, and Steph will bring you along on her personal story, her journey as a proud Ydinji woman, and now shining star of Australian stage and screen. She is renowned for her luminescent presence on stage – any stage - and her warmth, wit, and candour illuminate her discussion about mental health, identity, body image and her perspective on reconciliation.
Since her spot on the 2019 Melbourne International Comedy Gala for Oxfam went viral, Steph has sold-out comedy shows nationwide, appeared on Spicks & Specks, Hughesy We Have a Problem, Studio 10, Drunk History, and lots more.
Since making her ‘serious acting debut’ as Joely McKinnon in Total Control Season 2, Stephs acting career has taken off, she played fan favourite ‘Phoebe’ in Amazon Prime Video’s ‘Class of ‘07, has a recurring role in Bump Season 4 (Stan), appeared alongside Delta Goodrem in the feature film Love is in the Air (Netflix), just wrapped filming The Deb (directed by Rebel Wilson) and Total Control 3 in 2024 as Joely.

Peter Doherty Director
Peter has been working with ITIL since Version 2 and was a contributing Author to V3 as well as a V2 Manager and V3 Expert.
But he was always, and remains, much more than a collector of paper qualifications.
He is a hands-on practitioner that many Service Management professional will know and worked with. Importantly, Peter is a genuine mentor, a thought leader in our industry and someone who views it as a personal and professional obligation to take others on the journey he has been on and in which he has been so successful.
Over the years he has worked for Computer Associates and ServiceNow helping organisations take a pragmatic approach to the balance of process and platform customisation as well as the symbiotic relationship between Service and Operations Management.
He is also a leader in organisational change management and building leadership.
He has presented and keynoted at conferences all over the world, talking on topics from new technology,
pragmatically rolling out Service Operations from a technology, process and OCM perspective.
With new technology, such as Agentic AI, he has been at the cutting edge of preparing organisations for the shift and separating the marketing hype from the platform capabilities - something that is often quite blurred.
