Today’s ICT departments are feeling the pinch – the accelerating rate of change, combined with customer expectations and an increasingly competitive business environment, mean that many teams across Australia struggle to make ends meet. As a result, ICT managers are always on the lookout for new “best practice” frameworks to reduce overheads, improve efficiency and increase delivery effectiveness.

to be, we have a plan. 3...2...1...CHANGE! By the time we have arrived at our desired destination, we’re a little older, a little wiser, a little changed, and a lot more exhausted – only to learn that the world has moved on!
