And not only that; they increasingly want and expect a more straightforward and better level of service. What do you do?

We as consumers are enjoying a really good service experience. Google can help you find anything you want while Amazon will let you buy it. A new iPhone or Android smartphone will have all data and apps ready to go within 30 minutes.
