I highly recommend cutting out processed foods
during this protocol and getting out in the sun
when possible as it is our best source of vitamin
D. Eliminate or at least cut back on sugar, artificial
sweeteners, gluten (grains,) dairy, corn and soy
which are both high genetically modified foods.
Local honey is acceptable as it does not aggravate
leaky gut syndrome.
Dennis: After my pain/inflammation was resolved
I continued with the core program of Vitamineral
Green, Aloe Life, and fish oil (Ultimate Omega.)
Once the protocol has been completed you can
switch from the Ultimate Omega to another omega
product such as hemp oil, chia, flax seed oil which
is okay for females. I also continued to take vitamin
D on days when I am unable to spend 20 minutes
