RULE #19 Learn to make quick, informed decisions H ave you ever been around a person who cannot ever make a decision? If you have, you know it can be one of the most frustrating experiences. Whether you are eating with them at a restaurant or have project to do with them at school, making a decision seems like the hardest thing for this person and it takes forever. Maybe you have been the one who fears making a decision. Not choosing to take the risk of making a decision will never get anything done. My wife once told me that I needed to formulate a habit of opening my mail quickly and throwing away what I did not need to keep. I had a habit of letting my mail pile up. She told me that piles of mail indicated delayed decisions. I had to agree. DOUBLE-MINDEDNESS LEADS TO PROCRASTINATION A person who is double minded is unreliable in all of their ways. You want to get in the daily habit making quick, informed decisions about your direction in life. If you don't know an answer, find the answer.
