RULE #18 Make time to check in with YOU E veryday is a gift and you must take time each day to look at your day’s accomplishments and actions. Take time preferably twice a day — right at the beginning of your day and then at the end of your day. Start each day with a mind of thanksgiving. Be thankful that you have another 24 hours to make an impact in the life of others. What do you want to accomplish today? Who do you want to help out? What do you want to give? How can you make this a better day than the previous one? There are voices of evil that whisper and make insinuations to young minds around the world. Suggestions of cutting yourself and inflicting harm to your body as a release of pressure is deadly. You must not give into that lie. Your body is a temple. You need your body and destroying and harming yourself will not bring any help to the true problem you are facing. Depression worry anxiety fear etc are symptoms of deeper issues. Get help from a trusted adult even speak with friends that you know will encourage you to not harm yourself. Treat your temple as valuable. End each day looking at y
