Watch how you
spend your time

ne of the greatest assets we have is time. Time is not replaceable. You must learn to value and appreciate your time. Learning to properly use your time will bring you great benefits.
You are in school right now and this is your full-time job and responsibility. There is no reason for you to be slacking off, skipping school, or
looking for ways to kill time. Prioritizing is the habit of ordering things
from most important to least important.
ALWAYS BE ON TIME
It is important for you to get to places on time. On time to most people means at least 5 – 10 minutes early. In the real world, arriving at
the exact start time of an appointment is considered being late. Weird
huh? It’s important to know that American society places a high value
on people that learn the skill of doing things in a timely manner. Arriving at places on time is part of learning that skill.
Practice by creating a list of things that need to get done. Start by completing the most important things (also known as priorities) and work
your way down. Every day, try making a list of the top three things
