TTA: A NEW GENERATION OF PELLETIZING TECH- NOLOGY Among the company’ s recent innovations is the new TTA- Top ring pelletizer. Compact, precise and exceptionally quiet, the system reduces noise levels by approximately 3-4 dB, while ensuring superior pellet quality through uniform cooling and consistent pellet residence time during processing. The line-up includes the TTA 10, designed for production capacities up to 1,000 kg / h, while the larger TTA 30 model reaches capacities of up to 3,000 kg / h. The system offers several operational advantages, including uniform pellet cooling, stable pellet flow during immersion, fast die change and simplified spare parts management. Compatible with a wide range of polymers, from LDPE to PP, the TTA further strengthens Gamma Meccanica’ s reputation for flexibility and technical excellence.
