After recording strong growth in 2021 , Baracco continues , in 2022 , to offer its customers an increasingly complete range of products and ever more efficient services . Baracco boasts long experience in the plastics and polymer granulation sectors , and its business activities also extend to representing leading systems manufacturers , such as Starlinger and Viscotec . The product that most stands out is its underwater pelletiser , many aspects of which have been refined , such as the engineering and maintenance features and quick response . “ The fact that we are also a supplier of spare parts has allowed us to really get to know this machine and its applications ,” explains general manager , Alberto Baracco . The system has a production capacity ranging from 500 to 5,000 kg / h and it can be employed in numerous applications with all polymers used in the production of compounds , masterbatches and recycled materials . It guarantees high-quality pellets , extremely clean operation , and considerable energy savings .
Another activity of Baracco is that of spare parts with products such as underwater and watering dies , underwater and watering blades , blade holders for underwater and watering . Starting with the marketing of components , for some months it has been expanded to production , covering the whole of Italy and parts of Europe . Finally , the Baracco product portfolio includes the Pyrolyse Baracco Thermal Cleaning system for processing - totally without oxidising agents ( normally oxygen ) - all parts that contain polymer residues such as extrusion heads , injection nozzles , dies and filtration elements .
