Automation und drastische Reduzierung von Produktionsabfällen
Genau am 20 . April 2007 entstand aus einer Idee von Gabriele Caccia ein Unternehmen , das sich mit der Entwicklung und dem Bau von Maschinen und Zubehör für Kunststoffextrusionslinien beschäftigt , deren Aufgabe es ist , den Produktionsprozess zu synchronisieren . Zu den ersten von Syncro entwickelten Produkten gehören die inzwischen historischen gravimetrischen Dosiergeräte und ihre Steuerungen , die heute ein Stück Geschichte eines Unternehmens darstellen , das bald zu einem Maßstab in der Branche wurde und einen Meilenstein in der Entstehung der heutigen Syncro Gruppe darstellt . Zur Unternehmensgruppe gehören inzwischen nicht weniger als fünf sich gegenseitig ergänzende Unternehmen , die in der Lage sind , individuell angepasste Lösungen für ihre Kunden zu entwickeln . Im Lauf der Zeit erweitert die Unternehmensgruppe ihren Markt , indem sie in die Erforschung neuer Technologien investiert , um innovative Produkte anbieten zu können , wie z . B . die automatisch arbeitenden Kühlringe für Blasfolienextrusionsanlagen und die dazugehörigen Messsysteme ( ein Produkt , für das Syncro vor kurzem auch eine Gerätelinie für die Draht- und Kabelindustrie eingeführt hat ). Im Jahr 2008 wird die erste Niederlassung in den Vereinigten Staaten eröffnet , wo es für die Kunststoffindustrie einen florierenden Absatzmarkt gibt , der sich ständig weiterentwickelt . Zwischen 2010 und 2013 erweitert Syncro seinen Aktionsradius und expandiert , indem das Unternehmen weitere Niederlassungen in den wichtigsten Industriegebieten der Welt gründet und hierzu Büros in China , Japan , Indien , Asien und Brasilien eröffnet . 2017 kommt Plasmac hinzu , ein britisches Unternehmen , das 1994 gegründet wurde und nun in den Industriekomplex der Syncro Gruppe in Busto Arsizio umgezogen ist . Plasmac ist führend in der Herstellung kompakter Shredder / Extrusionsanlagen für das Inline-Recycling von Industrieabfällen aus flexiblen Kunststoffverpackungen .

It is managed by a complete team ( in-house , traveller , process and electronic engineers ), dedicated both to implementation and starting up operations at the customer ’ s premises , as well as to remote assistance , eliminating physical and temporal distances . Within this framework , the Syncro-Hub and Tyger Cloud portals are available to international customers . Here , each company has its order and assistance log and manuals just a click away , along with the possibility of selecting specific spare parts and watching video tutorials for maintenance operations .
