Advanced extruders and automated systems: Delco’ s innovations guarantee production efficiency up to 8,000 kg / h, with a focus on energy saving and high quality
Each Delco system is designed to adapt to the specific needs of the customer, processing a wide range of polymers, from traditional to biodegradable truders reach capacities of up to 8,000 kg / h, ensuring efficient and superior quality production. Advanced die-face pelletising technology and integrated electronic control systems ensure a highly automated and optimized process, with a focus on energy savings. A new extrusion system has been installed at Tregenplast with a capacity of up to 3,000 kg / h of low density polyethylene from washing, as well as other systems with the same production capacity at Plastimontella, Europlast di Pistone and Ilpav, respectively.
With constant investments in research and development, Delco leads the transition to a circular economy, demonstrating that innovation and sustainability can go hand in hand
ENVIRONMENTAL AND ECONOMIC BENEFITS Delco’ s machines contribute to a significant reduction in greenhouse gas emissions and energy consumption, in line with its global sustainability goals. The regeneration of plastics offers significant economic benefits, reducing waste disposal costs and originating new market opportunities for recycled materials.
INNOVATION AND CUSTOMIZATION Delco excels at creating tailor-made solutions for its customers. Each plant is designed taking into account the specific needs of the material to be treated, allowing the manufacturing of machinery suitable for processing a wide range of polymers, including LLDPE, HDPE, LDPE, PP, ABS and biodegradable materials. This flexibility translates into extremely high-performance systems, easy to use and with low maintenance costs.
CUSTOMER SERVICE In addition to the quality of its systems, Delco offers continuous technical support. Thanks to the remote connection, the company’ s engineers can monitor and check the systems in real time, ensuring a quick resolution of any problems. This focus on the customer already begins in the design phase and continues throughout the entire life cycle of the plant.
FUTURE PROSPECTS With an eye to the future, Delco continues to invest in research and development to expand the scope of its
