diness and each weld is carefully checked in-house . This precision in the production stage makes it possible to offer machines of superior quality . Neither sheet metal cutting nor the production of parts are outsourced . “ We stand out for our complete in-house production ,“ adds Pagliero , „ starting from the design to the final stages , including painting , pickling and preparation for assembly . This approach allows us to ensure quality control at every stage of the production process , an advantage that few others are able to offer . Our philosophy is not based on the regular replacement of models , but on the creation of machines that last over time . We have been keeping machine drawings since the 1960s and also supply spare parts for machines from the 1980s . This demonstrates the durability and reliability of our products over the years .” The focus on quality goes beyond production , including the assembly phase . A well-designed machine can only be effective if it is correctly assembled , and this is a service provided by specialised personnel ensuring continuous assistance during the set-up stepes of the machines . In addition to the quality of the product ,

Beccaria firmly believes in the importance of the human factor . The service is not limited to technical assistance , but also includes the experience and knowledge of the people who have been working at Beccaria for decades . This continuity contributes to the trust that customers place in products and services .
THE MARKET , IN ITALY AND ABROAD Looking at the market , 2023 turned out to be surprisingly positive , exceeding expectations . „ We have noticed an increase in demand in the plastics and recycling sectors ,“ cOMMENTs Pagliero , „ and expect that in 2024 these sectors will cover almost 80 % of our production capacity . The regions we have focused on are responding positively , both in terms of requests and production inputs . We are developing proposals to address the market needs and expect them to have a major impact on our operations . We faced some moments of uncertainty , especially in the second half of 2023 , but the overall trend was positive .” Looking ahead , the outlook for 2024 is very interesting . Beccaria is introducing two new machine models designed to meet the needs of geographical areas further away from Europe . It consists of a modular vertical mixer and structures for big bags that are also fully modular , allowing flexible assembly as needed . 2023 was one of the best years in Beccaria ‘ s history , and today the company is stepping up to a higher level of performance . 2024 is therefore shaping up to be very promising .

PRODUCTS FOR THE PLASTICS INDUSTRY Currently , the plastics and recycling sectors represent an important share of the overall market for Beccaria . „ We have always operated on the basis of a broad diversification ,“ explains Pagliero , „ but in the last twenty years , we have moved more towards the plastics |
and recycling industries , which have emerged as the most significant market , contributing 30-35 % to over 60 % of our total sales . Despite this trend , we maintain our drive for diversification , trying to meet the market needs without abandoning other sectors in which we operate .” In the management of the plastics and recycling sectors , historical experience in the processing of food powders and parts has been essential to face new challenges , from the optimisation of decontamination to dust suppression and evacuation , essential aspects in the sectors in question . The treatment of recycled materials poses specific challenges , requiring different skills compared to virgin materials . From mixing to transport , great care is required , especially considering the diversity of materials , ranging from PVC powders to the recovery of powders from more contaminated products . In the field of plastics recycling , Beccaria mainly supplies mixing equipment , particularly in vertical configuration , a solution that is evolving as part of the development of new machines . In addition , mechanical and pneumatic conveying systems are studied , combined with air filtration solutions dedicated to individual machines instead of centralised systems . This development aims to solve the problems related to the differences in temperature of materials processed and stored externally , also considering the challenges in air filtration . „ We have carried out a more in-depth study ,” concludes Pagliero “ on air filtration method in order to be able to offer solutions that can help improve the quality of the end product , despite the difficulties related to variable temperature and moisture values . Another major element is the management of storage in big bags , an aspect that is becoming increasingly important and on which we are working to further improve our equipment .” |
