For the handling of bulk solid materials ( pellets , powders , regrind ) Main Tech offers an automatic sorting unit . This is an evolution in automation , also patented and available starting next year , which has reached a very high technological level , meeting the need for zero pollution through rigid wear-resistant pipes for hot or abrasive materials .
APPLICATIONS FOR RECYCLING Very often innovations arise from cooperation with customers . This is the case of the post-consumer plastic deodorisation system installed on

a regeneration plant . In addition to the elimination of odours , the material processing time has been cut by half thanks to this device , with a sharp reduction in energy consumption ; in addition , the system contributes to the decontamination of the material , which is thus suitable for use in food packaging applications . „ At the Ecomondo fair in Rimini we had the opportunity to realise the high degree of interest in this type of equipment ,” explains Pegoraro . “ For this sector , which increasingly requires to avoid the dispersion of odours and contaminants into the environment , we have developed specific equipment for the storage , conveying , blending and control of recycled materials . Some recyclers are also compounders and therefore need specific mixers and homogenization systems .“ |
