CIRCULAR ECONOMY The demand for regenerated materials is increasing steadily . Poliblend by Ascend has obtained the certificate „ Plastica , seconda vita ( Plastic , second life )“ for various items , given that some applications require regenerated materials with this certificate . Particular attention is paid to the environment , given the situation linked to microplastics and harmful emissions , which must be managed in the best possible way in order to leave a better world for future generations . With this in mind , this year Poliblend by Ascend has replaced the entire evacuation system in order to comply with the new increasingly restrictive regulations on sustainability .
PLANS FOR THE FUTURE Poliblend by Ascend is investing heavily on human resources and infrastructure . For the next year the company is planning the installation of

other production lines and the related automation systems . In addition , a new conference centre has been set up in premises that have been recently purchased by the company to host conferences and meetings with physical attendance or online with customers or with the parent company . In 2022 the production department will be organized to work in a continuous cycle |
on 3 shifts , 7 days a week , in order to be able to react to the customer ’ s needs even faster especially in new non-EU markets . In parallel with production , significant investments have been approved both in the area of human resources and for sophisticated laboratory instruments and production lines , in order to keep up with the changing needs of an evolving market . |
