The services offered by SPD start from the design stage approaching the customers with a careful analysis of their requests and needs , building together with them the best solutions for their business . This is followed by the design , prototyping and finalization stages . In the end , training and information activities are offered for the appropriate use of the magnetic product supplied . Particular attention is given to the management of spare parts which are provided in case of malfunction or for replenishing stocks , so as to always have the necessary spare part available . If the product shows a malfunction , SPD takes care of maintenance or the resolution of the problem through technicians . On top of all this , SPD products are delivered with a 12-month guarantee from the date of shipment . In case of urgent requests , the company ’ s qualified personnel also ensure a telephone support service for products and their installation .
