completed the development of the MO range of horizontal ribbon mixers and finally also the MC range of continuous conical mixers ; all these solutions can be used for the specific mixing of bulk materials in the form of powder / granules . “ Recently we have successfully started up a 1,500 kg / h deodoriser integrated into an existing post-consumer recyclate regeneration line . This innovative system was announced some time ago and now we have completed the experimentation phase and filed a new patent for it . The customer was very satisfied in all respects and is now placing a new order for two additional deodorisers with a capacity of 3,000 kg / h . The aspects that most satisfied this customer |
were the energy savings we were able to achieve compared to traditional systems as well as the quality of the deodorised granules ” Pegoraro commented . “ Finally , we are very satisfied of the automatic emptying system for octabins , which was recently added to our catalogue , receiving orders from several customers for a total of 50 machines . We will put it on display at the Plast 2023 exhibition from 5 to 8 September at the Milan-Rho fairgrounds , where we will also be exhibiting solutions dedicated to the world of extrusion and injection moulding , with a new look that we are currently studying for our machines and that will make our brand even more recognisable on the market .” |
