Windows 8, the newest operating system by the Microsoft company has a whole llot more to offer to computer users. Unlike previous operating systems offered by Micrososft, Windows 8 has hidden features that will make you wish that it came out before Windows Vista did. There is so much more happening under the hood and there are unrevealed features that Microsoft is not yet quite ready to expose. One of the most interesting hidden features offered by Windows 8 is crash detection for legacy programs.
The new operating system is more stable than the old ones and its settings can detect, and even solve issues on software compatibility. Since its PCA or Program Compatibility Assistant is already fine-tuned, the operating system can easily detect denied access to system files and other important files you have already deleted from your computer. Another feature that you wouldn’t want to miss is how Windows 8 reduces software crashes by isolating drivers from applications.
A multi-monitor taskbar is one of the features that many computer users are looking for in an operating system. Windows 8 now allows the task bar to be visible not only on your primary screen, but on the other connected screens as well. This used to be a concern and a source of complaints for many Windows user, and this has pushed for consumers to resort to commercial tools such as Actual Multiple Monitors and UltraMon for their multi-screened monitors.
There are still other features offered by Windows 8 but as early as now, you should take note that Microsoft Company has the habit of re-designing and changing things often. We still have three more months to wait for Windows 8 beta and until then, we can expect more reliability features that target today’s mobile users.
