Commerce ’ s Position : Commerce will comply with all established regulations regarding the liquidation of entries suspended during the course of the investigation and thereafter , including , where applicable , 19 CFR 212 ( d ), which establishes the procedures for capping the provisional measures deposits . Commerce will also ensure that the draft cash deposit instructions are updated to include the correct language that was not consistently used in the draft instructions released in the Preliminary Results .

RECOMMENDATION
Based on our analysis of the comments received , we recommend adopting the above positions . If accepted , we will publish the final results of this review and the final weighted-average dumping margins in the Federal Register .
