5 Tips on How to Survive the Final Semester It's nearly the end of the semester—exams are coming up, deadlines are approaching and everyone’s busy trying to get their life together. Ella May Ho gives her top 5 tips on how to get the job done! Image via en.wikipedia.org 1. Own a Planner From experience, scheduling your tasks and goals with an actual planner really helps. Mark down all the deadlines and exam dates and check your planner daily so you won’t miss anything. I have my own personal planner that I use and keep track of on a daily basis and it really helps me juggle between work, school and friends. And most importantly.... 2. Revise your Lecture Notes 5. Don’t Panic Perhaps you haven’t been very attentive in class so you’re not sure how you're going to make a start on all those final essays? As we’re currently in the middle of the semester, now’s the perfect time to catch up and revise all your notes! Because everything’s going to be just fine! 3. Attend classes Not missing the last couple of classes is crucial because that’s usually when lecturers announce the most important bits about the final assignments and exams—so if you're aiming high, then perhaps it’s best not to skip these. 4. Stay (…or become) Healthy University can be stressful but try to find time when you can go for a jog and exercise to let out all your frustrations and worries. Or you could even just go for a walk for 30 minutes. It might not seem like a lot but you’d be surprised at the results!
