INSPIRATIONAL TALES a project called: “Factors Affecting Parents’ Choices of Early Childhood Education in Hong Kong”, in which I discussed the functions of different stakeholders in improving early childhood education, performed a literature review from leading journals and education databases to identify the dependent and independent variables, designed a questionnaire and collected 200 responses where I used binary logistic regression to analyse the data and completed the research paper which can deepen one’s personal understanding of the topic. Since these research projects are completed independently, they can perfectly reflect my independence. Besides, my outstanding work can also suggest my adaptation. Whether be it in Hong Kong or Mainland China, I am generally flexible and could quickly adapt myself to new environments. Moreover, I have also single-handedly delivered the projects of “A Case Study of Social Service Management of NGOs: From the Perspective of NGO’s Volunteers” as well as that of “Study Investigating the impact of  IT Magazine / February Issue Conference Topics on Foreign Policy between China and Japan”. I went over an extensive range of literature during these projects and carried out a literature review, data collection and analysis, and activity organisation. Through these research experiences, on the one hand, I have familiarized myself with different theories and policies in the literature. On the other hand, I practiced my skills in data collection and statistical data analysis with computerised tools. I believe such research experiences not only broadened my knowledge in education and policy and improved my practical skills in statistical data analysis, but also  29
