Doing Unforgettable
Things in One Year

In my course of growth, the year of
2019 could be considered as an
exceptionally memorable year during First and foremost, I have actively
involved myself in research projects.
From January to March, I acted as a
which I have accomplished a lot in my
professional as well as personal life.
Therefore, in this short article, I would
like to review the past year, share some researcher and as a presenter in a
project entitled “Customer Satisfaction
within the Dental Outpatient Service in
Private Hospitals in Shenzhen and Its
of the special moments I have lived in
2019, and list several potential changes
for the new year of 2020. Influencing Factors”. I made a well-
founded hypothesis before the research
work and collected 75 validated
questionnaires.
Meanwhile,
I
Coordinated a 3-person team to perform
field research, maintained a sound
relationship with them, and addressed
their questions about data collection and
interview methods. Besides, I utilized
SPSS to perform univariate and bivariate
analyses with contingency tables, as well
as a multivariate analysis with linear
regression models.
