I took a chance 11 and a half years ago when I signed up for an improv course despite
never having performed before at all. Sure, I’ve failed a lot, but I’ve grown so much more
because of that. And I’ve gotten to travel all over Asia to perform and meet so many new
and fascinating people. I don’t regret taking that chance for a second!
So back to the original question I get asked: ‘Don’t you get afraid on stage?’ Short
answer: yes. Long answer: yes, but I also actually get excited at the same time because it
means that I’ll get the chance to explore something new and possibly fail spectacularly
but will then learn something and grow and... you get the idea.
