escape from Mamon and his henchmen, and work together to survive on the train. They even orchestrate a pretty well planned theft of car parts. Though later on, we see the hard side in Salim, when he murders Mamon and abandons Jamal for all those years. Jamal starts feeling resentment towards his brother, and for the first time they meet after their separation, Jamal feels like taking him off a huge building, but only ends up giving him a fist to the jaw. Salim eventually redeems himself by releasing Latika and sacrificing himself for Jamal.
