Keele Learning Environment (KLE) The Keele Learning Environment (KLE) is the place you’ll find all of your course materials and assessments by subject and module. It also provides tools to help you find further resources, collaborate with others and manage your learning materials. Once signed into the KLE you will be able to access your email, eVision and timetable without having to sign in again. The KLE can be accessed anywhere via the internet at students.keele.ac.uk using your username and password. Email If you have not used a Google account before, you may want to check out their other services such as Docs, Calendar, Sites, Groups and lots more which you can access whenever you are connected to the internet. Your account username makes up the first part of your email account, followed by @students.keele.ac.uk such as [email protected] If you find that you can’t access Google mail, then you need to use a webmail service. All correspondence from the University will be sent to your Keele email address, so check it regularly. Our email service is provided by Google. For Postgraduate Research students your email address will be [email protected] You can log into your Google email by clicking on the students link on keele.ac.uk where you’ll find Mail and Apps. The first time that you use your email account, you will need to agree to Google’s terms and conditions. If you wish you can also link your Google email account to your mobile device. 8 Step 1) Go to accounts.google.com and sign in with your Keele IT credentials. Step 2) Select ‘Sign-in and security’ and turn on ‘Allow less secure apps’. Step 3) Go to students.keele.ac.uk and click on ‘Webmail (if Google is blocked)’ under student services in the home tab. Step 4) Enter your Keele IT credentials along with the reCAPTCHA authentication and log in.
