IT Self Service Support
Should you have an IT problem or require
advice when IT CONNECT is not available,
you can use our online Self Service Desk
available at servicedesk.keele.ac.uk
There’s a lot of useful information in our
Knowledge Base and on our web pages
and if you can’t find an answer to your
problem, then you can log a request with
IT CONNECT, who will respond as soon
as they’re available.
There’s also a Self Service point located
next to IT CONNECT in the Library.
All incidents/requests are logged on this
system so you will be able to track any of
your requests 24 hours a day.
