On Saturday , December 31 , the Playoff Semifinal at the 46th Annual Fiesta Bowl will bring together two of the four best Division I college football teams to fight for a spot in the College Football Playoff National Championship . The stage will be set at University of Phoenix Stadium for one of the most high-profile games of the 2016 college football season .
