JR : Management is an art , and we learn everyday . Certainly , the most important thing is to have leadership with dynamism and kindness . It is also necessary to have great humility and strong empathy . Let ' s not forget also adaptability , pragmatism , and stress management .

JR : We use marketing everyday in our dealings with others - we need to appeal to our customers , as well as , our employees , but also to communicate effectively .
