Several new build superyachts today remain top secret up until their launch. Well, the 5-deck yacht ACE,
along with eternal exterior design, is one such boat.
Among other superyachts in the globe, the well-known German yacht creator Lurssen created the massive
ACE motor yacht in 2012. The yacht is powered by two MTU engines, bringing it to its top speed of
seventeen knots. Its cruise speed is eleven knots and has a range of approximately 4,500nm. The ACE Yacht is
featuring an aluminum and steel hull superstructure.
Ace was presented by Lurssen back in 2012, and its interior and exterior spaces are designed by the UK-based
Winch Design Studio. Among the key features of the superyacht are a helicopter landing capabilities, movie
theater, gym, beach club, and a dedicated internal spa. ACE is famous as one of the first superyachts for
which an exclusive support vessel was purpose-designed.
The Interior
The ACE superyacht can accommodate twelve guests in six astonishing staterooms, along with a staff of up to
twenty-eight. Its interior and liens were both designed by Andrew Winch Designs. The interior of this yacht
has a plethora of distinct features.
•Most elegant spa. Did you know that ACE has one of the most extravagant spas, which has been created into
a superyacht? The spa is composed of a plunge pool, massage room, Russian Banyan, a Hamman, and a giant
Roman styled Jacuzzi.
Some amenities included are a movie theater, discotheque, full gym, a full beach club, and a wide range of
tenders and toys. Not to mention, it has a special area for helicopter landing.
•Accommodation. As mentioned earlier, the interior configuration of the ACE Yacht has been created to
accommodate at least twelve guests overnight in six cabins. It has its own master suite, as well. This yacht can
bring at least 30 crew onboard to make sure a comfortable and soothing luxury yacht experience.
The Exterior
ACE has a peculiar design by Andrew Winch along with huge side-arches and oval balconies.
•Dimensions and construction.
ACE boasts a displacement steel hull and aluminum superstructure, together with teak decks. It was designed
to American Bureau of Shipping classification society regulations.
•Dedicated support vessel.
The ACE Yacht has its own dedicated support vessel referred to as Garcon 4 Ace. It’s a Sea Axe 6711, a sixty-
seven-meter Fast Yacht Support vessel created by Amels. It brings the toys as well as the Bell 429 Global
Ranger helicopter.
•Available for yacht charter.
The ACE Superyacht is available for yacht charter for only 1 million euros per week.
•Performance.
The ACE yacht is capable of a top speed of eighteen knots. It is powered by 16B 4000S diesel engines and is
propelled by her twin screw propellers.
•Special features.
This yacht features an Andrew Winch yacht design that is categorized by sweeping lines, curves, and forms.
Situated at its centerline amidships on its bridge deck is a huge oval shape, emphasizing the exterior flow of
the yacht. On the aft on the lower deck, it boasts an extremely huge tender garage doors.
