10. You make unique pieces which is considered as ‘Bespoke’. What are some of the requests people have asked you to do? It’s a real mix here but the most popular would be to design pocket squares and scarves using particular artworks that are important to the individual. We also have clients that have fabrics they’ve found or sourced and want ties and bow ties produced from them. We even had a client that had a collection of vintage women’s scarves that we produced bow ties and pocket squares from. 11. When it comes to suiting - you put in luxury lining from your collection. How did that concept conceptualise? Well to begin with we found that a particular tailor had switched from using Hermès scarves to using our own 90x90cm silk scarves to line his jackets. From here we started producing bespoke lining panels for him based on particular artworks or client requests and that side of the business has grown from there. 12. Lastly, how proud are you Elliott with what you have achieved? Incredibly proud of course. Myself and my business partner Simon have built the brand from the ground up and the most important part is that we still absolutely love what we do and love that every day we have people all around the world wearing items we’ve produced, it’s a wonderful feeling! www.rampleyandco.com
