” My wife Jill and I have been supporters of Kelso Rugby Club for many years . Our boys Murray and Angus are products of the clubs Cougar and Quins youth sections which means Jill has been doing all the usual rugby mum duties over the years . Murray ( 19 ) is studying at University in Newcastle and although out with a knee injury has been training with the Falcons academy . He has played 7`s and senior rugby at Kelso and has made great friendships at the club . Angus ( 16 ) is currently over in Edinburgh at Merchiston School and is enjoying playing rugby there with the added advantage of increasing his circle of friends .
The agricultural community in the Scottish Borders has always had a close relationship with rugby and we continue to help out whenever we can .
