STRIVE LAUNCHES WITH NEXT GENERATION OF STAFFORDSHIRE LEADERS, JANUARY COHORT CONFIRMED
Staffordshire Chambers’ Strive development programme is now underway, with its first cohort of ambitious professionals coming together to build their confidence, skills and leadership abilities.
The sold-out programme is supporting professionals from across Staffordshire who are looking to progress in their careers and take on their next challenge.
Developing skills and confidence
Across eight sessions, participants will explore key areas including leadership, communication, managing conflict, time and project management, and personal development.
They are being supported by experienced mentors Ian Kelsall, Kirsty Hulse and Henry C. Blanchard, who bring their expertise in leadership, communication, confidence and professional development to the programme.
Building connections
Strive also provides an opportunity for participants to connect with other professionals in the cohort, share experiences and build relationships that can continue beyond the programme.
The cohort will complete the programme with a Leadership Showcase, giving participants the opportunity to reflect on their development and present what they have learned to managers and senior leaders.
Next cohort
A new Strive cohort will launch in January, giving more professionals the opportunity to develop their skills, grow in confidence and take the next step in their careers.
