As a nation , we have put up more and more fences and gates to protect ourselves and our properties .

These barriers have presented obstacles to our emergency responders and increased the time it takes for them to respond .

To reduce response time Siren Operated Sensor ( SOS ) has been committed for the last 40 years to getting emergency responders through gates faster .

The original SOS gate trigger identifies the “ Yelp ” tone of an emergency vehicle and opens the gate . In the past keys or codes were the only way to open a gate .
