Finley Structures completed a 90-tonne , DWP project in South Shields for GMI .

Finley Structures recently completed two projects for GMI , totalling 330 tonnes of steel , with an additional two yet to complete , encompassing another almost 1,600 tonnes .

This building will also include a 330,000 sq ft ultra-modern production warehouse facility for the group to manufacture their kitchen , bedroom and bathroom furniture .

> Finley ’ s has also been awarded the contract for a 380-tonne project to fabricate and erect the steel for two of three industrial units at Logic business park in Leeds . Both speculative units are over 30,000 sq ft in size and are within the Leeds City Region Enterprise Zone , by Junction 45 off the M1 .
