HILL CROSS FURNITURE SEES SUCCESS WITH PPC PROVIDER THRIVE

North East-based Hill Cross Furniture has seen incredible growth from its digital marketing activities undertaken by Aycliffe-based agency , Thrive .

Specialising in the hospitality and

commercial sectors , Hill Cross Furniture has been supplying bespoke and contract furniture since 2000 .
With 20 years in the sector , and currently supplying some of the best-known companies worldwide including Nandos , Wagamama and Crabtree & Evelyn , across locations including London , NYC and Edinburgh , Hill Cross Furniture sought the help of a reliable , local PPC supplier in early 2020 .
Tom Othick , senior marketing and product manager at Hill Cross Furniture , said : “ We started with Thrive back in March and the following months have been tough for any business , but since our first meeting the experience has only been positive .”
Thrive ’ s marketing team quickly started to provide tangible results through their efforts with innovative , adaptable search marketing campaigns .
Rachael Farley , digital marketing executive at Thrive , said : “ Working with Tom and Hill Cross has been a fantastic experience for all involved , with their enthusiasm and openness to change allowing us to be flexible each month with what we deliver , ensuring we see continued success based on real-time data .”
Indeed , Hill Cross is reporting 250 % ROI for the previous six months , with over 100 leads generated directly from PPC efforts , and 10.4m impressions via PPC ( up by an incredible 9.67m ).
Tom said : “ The Thrive team is always available for a quick call , or in-depth discussion when we ’ ve wanted to implement new campaigns , and it ’ s clear the whole team wants their work to succeed .
“ In spite of the challenging circumstances when our working partnership began , they have continued to be creative , flexible and , perhaps most importantly , deliver constant lead and deal generation with a great ROI for the deals generated from their efforts .”
Hill Cross is now looking to expand its partnership with Thrive ready for 2021 , with both businesses hoping for further success and growth in the new year .
Thrive ’ s director Johnny Woods said : “ On the back of our efforts it ’ s incredible to see such obvious growth for Hill Cross , but also to strengthen our position as a Google Partner and reputable , local provider of PPC services .
“ If any companies are concerned that they aren ’ t seeing positive results from their marketing efforts , it ’ s never been more vital that they review and adapt to ensure every penny of marketing spend is working for them .”
Thrive , usually based at Aycliffe Business Park ’ s Xcel Centre , is continuing to work from home in line with government guidance , and is providing marketing , web and brand solutions for companies across the UK as normal .
Johnny added : “ At any time it ’ s brilliant to hear we are achieving great results , but especially during the current crisis . It ’ s important to recognise the professionalism and commitment that our team has continued to show throughout the pandemic , while working from home and adapting to new routines .”
