Joanne was born and bred in Hartlepool and is passionate about the region .
She is treasurer and trustee of Alice House Hospice in Hartlepool , an organisation that is close to the hearts of most Hartlepudlians and a governor at Hartlepool College of Further Education .
“ Our dynamic and ambitious team in the North-East is expanding and I ’ m thrilled to take a leadership role in growing the practice ,” said Joanne .

COREHAUS An innovative modular housebuilder is expanding its business by recruiting a team of people with a diverse skillset .
CoreHaus , which recently set up a manufacturing facility in a 20,000 sq ft unit on Jade Business Park in Murton , near Seaham , recently assembled its senior team and is now steadily recruiting the workforce .
Joining the management team are Robin Gill as technical manager , along with Dan Selby as production manager .
Dan is a senior operations manager with a strong technical background in construction . He has around 17 years ’ experience in modern methods of construction .
Paul Seager also joins CoreHaus as a fully qualified domestic gas and plumbing engineer , having also worked in the rail manufacturing industry .
And Peter Rowe has a varied background , predominantly within high level engineering companies such as McLaren Racing and Hitachi .
CoreHaus says it plans build 1,000 modular homes a year within the next five years , which will result in more than 100 people working across the business .
LUCINDA WINSTANLEY , RYMOTE Lucinda Winstanley has been appointed new business manager of Rymote , as the Durham engineering company steps up its efforts to bring ultrafast broadband to rural communities the length and breadth of the county .
Lucinda was previously wedding sales manager at Lumley Castle and her new role will still involve bringing people together -
but this time whole communities rather than just happy couples .
Sunderland-born Lucinda , who is now based in Chester-le-Street , told Wear Business : “ I ’ m excited about the job - we ’ re on a mission to improve the lives of people living in County Durham in an area where they struggle .
“ Ultrafast broadband can be life-changing in terms of work and leisure opportunities and it is a privilege to have the job of getting the message out to countryside communities in County Durham that they can get it installed for free right now .
“ It ’ s so important that County Durham and the North-East do not get left behind when there ’ s this once-in-a-generation chance to level up rural communities and give them 21st-century technology through government funding .”
