ROCKLIFFE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES NE
It ’ s the construction project with innovation and efficiency at its core .
And with increasing numbers signing up to CORE – Rockliffe Construction Services NE ’ s cloud-based solution to project management issues – it ’ s little wonder the firm was thrilled to pick up the Innovation prize at the Tees Tech Awards 2022 .
The Darlington-based firm offers commercial assistance , quantity surveying and estimating duties to companies across the construction industry .
But by making project data accessible anytime , anywhere and , crucially , all in one place , Rockliffe ’ s CORE system has already generated huge interest from within the construction industry after only six months of it going live .
It ’ s been developed with support from DigitalCity , Sapere and local marketing companies DUCO and SilverLining .
And Rockliffe ’ s founder and director , Paul Bass , believes CORE can only grow – especially as companies can have a free six-month trial .
He said : “ CORE is about being the cornerstone of information management on construction projects .
“ What we ’ ve created is a single source of truth , where site managers can record their site diaries , risks , early warnings , documentation and correspond within it . It ’ s really about driving efficiency in construction projects .
“ We ’ ve spent a lot of time developing it . We ’ ve gone to the market and had a lot of discussions and feedback , which has allowed us to adapt and change it .
“ We ’ ve created something unique and exciting . It ’ s been six months now and we ’ re really going to push on it and get lots more new clients .”
