New estate agency offers decades of expert advice and exceptional customer service
Magnum is an extremely wellknown name on Teesside . Its long-established packaging business has an excellent reputation based on almost 40 years of trading .
However , Magnum is also starting to forge a reputation for quality customer service in the commercial and residential property marketplace .
Over the years , the company has acquired residential and commercial properties to the point where it now manages its own extensive portfolio .
Having learned everything there is to know about residential and commercial property , Magnum last year decided to channel its expertise into a new estate agency , enabling customers to benefit by taking their property to market with , in its own words , “ an agency in the know ”.
Commercial director Aaron Fisher heads up the commercial property side of the agency , while Nadia Hussein is the branch manager of Magnum ’ s Linthorpe Road office , in central Middlesbrough .
Aaron focuses on the management of Magnum ’ s commercial portfolio , taking on new clients for sales and lettings and helping maximise the potential of each investor ’ s portfolio .
He says : “ Our focus is on attracting new clients and we are confident the service they will experience will keep them using us for years to come . We are here to maximise the return on their investment and we take pride in doing so .
“ Our modern and friendly office is in a prominent location on Linthorpe Road and is open six days a week , Monday to Saturday .

The agency opened when Magnum launched the residential side of its business last October and the commercial arm of the company started operating just this year .
With the Magnum name so well-known through its packaging operation , the company now wants to spread the word about its property business .
“ The general feedback from people who dealt with Magnum over the years is they have had a great experience ,” says Aaron . “ We want to make it clear that customers will enjoy the same experience on the property side of the business .
