Northern Skills Group ’ s three-year deal

Northern Skills Group has agreed a deal to be headline sponsors of the “ empowering ” Tees Businesswomen Awards for the next three years .

The fifth annual Tees Businesswomen Awards will take place on the evening of September 27 , with Northern Skills Group again partnering organisers Tees Business on awards that are now established as a key event in the Teesside business calendar .
Zoe Lewis , CEO and principal for Middlesbrough College Group , said : “ We ’ re thrilled to commit Northern Skills Group to support the Tees Businesswomen Awards over the next three years , extending our association with these awards to seven years .
“ The awards have been game-changers in terms of not only raising the profile of so many successful women in a wide range of business sectors but in giving girls and young women role models they can aspire to follow .
“ The awards have highlighted some incredible success stories who had previously gone under the radar and I ’ m already looking forward to shining the spotlight on more female business stars this year .”
Tees Business director Dave Allan said : “ We ’ re thrilled to have Northern Skills Group on board for these empowering , transformational awards not only this year but for 2023 and 2024 too .

All but one category sponsorship has already been snapped up for this year ’ s awards . The Charity / Voluntary category is the only one now available for sponsorship , while there is also an opportunity to sponsor the table wine .
Entries and nominations will open in April with a July 15 deadline .
