Packing a punch

He said : “ We ’ re not only well placed to offer packaging solutions and services to customers in the area , we also have our own machinery engineers based on-site to support customers who are experiencing issues with their equipment , for example , as well as a supply of spare parts and technical expertise to create machinery solutions .”

John explained : “ Whether applied by hand or machine , stretch film is an effective method to secure a load to a pallet , and provides protection and stability during storage and transit .”
And with many more people ordering online nowadays , he says demand is increasing – both for the product and the expertise surrounding general packaging requirements .

Their packaging was too big to fit through a letterbox , which was having a negative impact on customer experience . We worked with the client to create a bespoke box design that was letterbox-friendly and provided excellent protection for the product .”
