Wear businesses can now order branded social distancing floor stickers –
in the knowledge that every donation will support a local charity.
First Choice
for Covid safety
First Choice Labels can create bespoke
social distancing floor stickers for
companies keen to keep staff and
visitors safe and adhere to Covid-safety
guidelines during the ongoing pandemic.
And an investment in new machinery
means they can take orders for as few as 12
of the highly durable, non-slip stickers that
will stick to most surfaces including carpet,
concrete, laminate and tiled floors.
And for every 12 branded stickers ordered,
First Choice Labels will make a £12 donation
to local charity County Durham Community
Foundation.
“Clearly businesses everywhere need
social distancing floor stickers,” said the
family-owned firm’s managing director Nigel
Willis. “But until now it’s only been costeffective
for us to produce the stickers in
significant numbers.
“But an investment in new machinery
means we can now produce as few as
12 bespoke floor stickers, each created
in the customers’ branded colours and
incorporating their company logo or
whatever imagery they prefer.
“They’re perfect for gyms, shops,
restaurants, bars and most small businesses.
“And we’re delighted that for every
order we receive for the bespoke stickers,
we’ll make a donation to County Durham
Community Foundation, who are doing
such sterling work supporting charities
and families struggling as a result of the
pandemic.”

First Choice Labels were praised by
the Conservative Party chairman after
making free social distancing signs for local
businesses and charities.
Amanda Milling visited First Choice
Labels as part of a two-day tour to meet the
region's Conservative MPs.
She met Redcar MP Jacob Young at the
firm and heard about their work during the
coronavirus pandemic.
As a critical supplier, the team at First
Choice worked tirelessly throughout
lockdown producing social distancing
stickers to give away to local independent
businesses and charities.
Speaking after her visit, Ms Milling said:
"It was great to visit First Choice Labels to
hear about the social distancing labels they
have been making and distributing to local
charities and businesses.
"The work they've done helped the region
to spread the message about safety guidelines
as we came out of lockdown."
